Silva Hameline

Silva Hameline is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX ELITE and RE/MAX ELITE, Commercial Division with multiple locations in Glendale and Malibu, California.

Silva graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a major in Political Science and International Relations, and a minor in French.

As a “Luxury Home Marketing Specialist” (CLHMS) Silva and her team manage Real Estate Marketing and Sales for luxury properties throughout California. Through her commercial companies in both Glendale and Malibu, Silva provides consultation for portfolio investments along with proven marketing strategies that promote the sale of commercial and income properties. In 2008, Silva achieved the coveted “Realtor of the Year” Award from the Glendale Association of Realtors and in 2005 she completed a successful term as the President of Glendale Association of Realtors.

Silva takes pride in community citizenship. Throughout the year, She leads RE/MAX ELITE in charitable events that support the Children’s Miracle Network and the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Currently Silva serves actively in the following organizations: Vice-Chair of PATH Achieve Glendale, a project dedicated to the eradication of homelessness; Director on the Board of Directors for the Glendale Chamber of Commerce; active member of the Malibu Chamber of Commerce; and Committee Member on the RE/MAX Los Angeles Regional Executive Committee at Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles where she will participate in projects to benefit The Children’s Miracle Network.
